Eurozone September trade balance €13.4 billion vs €16.3 billion expected

Latest data released by Eurostat – 15 November 2018

  • Prior €16.6 billion
  • Non-seasonally adjusted trade balance € billion
  • Prior €11.7 billion

Not that the data here matters all too much anyway. Once again of particular note, the EU28’s trade surplus to the US grows to €101.0 billion as of year-to-date September this year. Relative to the same period last year, it was only €86.1 billion.

Tariffs are coming, that’s for sure.
